vaci Organic Blueberry Farm (since 2008)

vaci Organic Blueberry Farm, located at 37 degrees of north Latitude, covers a land area over 40 hectares in Rushan which is known as a sacred place for maternity love. With sufficient sunlight, rich precipitation and long frost-free period, Rushan offers a favorable climate for blueberry cultivation.

“I must grow it so that we Chinese people could enjoy all the health benefits of such a magic fruit,” so Steve told himself. In 2008, with the recommendation of Li Yadong, an agricultural professor, Steve started construction of this organic farm. To revitalize the soil and increase organic matter, the farm purchased a huge amount of peatsoil shipped in trucks from Northeast China.

Since the day of its founding, the farm has been adhering to the rules and regulation of organic farming, strictly forbidding chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, expansion or ripening agents. No GMO supplies are allowed onto the farm.

In 2010, the farm passed the strict inspection and won the JAS certificate for organic food. Since 2012, the farm has been successfully renewing its organic certificate according to the national standards of China.

The farm ensures all blueberries grow mature in the trees, picked by hand, stored and distributed with cold chain under controlled environment. All the efforts are made to guarantee the safety, freshness and health of the blueberries to best nurture consumers.

The farm is not merely satisfied with supplying safe, healthy and fresh blueberries, but also engaged.
