Summer Agriculture Development (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011 when Steve Hsu realized that traditional Chinese camellia oil excels olive oil. vaci Organic Camellia Oil Farm, covering an area of 80 hectares, is located in a remote village and far away from industrial pollution. The farm strictly adheres to organic farming. Under the supervision and guidance of Organic Food Development & Certification Center of China (OFDC), the farm strictly follows organic rules & regulations so as to secure the health and safety of soil and produces.

Camellia oil is a unique high-end woody oil for cooking in China. Its seeds, from budding to harvest, are substantially nurtured by nature through five seasons. The nutrients are naturally rich and superb. Camellia oil was treated as “precious” and widely used in royal kitchens in ancient times.
